MyHello is a friendly, social-engagement call offered over the phone. MyHello will make 4-5 calls (up to 30 minutes each) per month. This service is helpful for people of all ages, including those who are facing social isolation and loneliness. MyHello Guides use different MyHello Conversation Starters and natural conversation to connect with a person. Enroll your parent, grandparent, or other loved one today. 

Participants simply answer the phone to be connected to MyHello each week at a convenient time. This service is available in the U.S. and Canada. We have participating seniors who have been in this program for more than two years. 

Loneliness is a major health risk, linked to higher rates of health disease, diabetes, and dementia. These weekly MyHello calls can help people who are socially isolated or lonely.

In addition to working with individuals, MyHello regularly serves senior care organizations, health care providers, government agencies, health systems, health insurers, and more. MyHello calls typically happen between 9 am and 6 pm ET. Excludes holidays.
